    Display will say ERASE?, keeping PTT still pressed press Enter button. Perform factory reset by turning on radio whilst holding mem> button to enter SPM mode. Locate R417 on main board and desolder/remove. Unplug option board from main board if fitted. Put radios into dealer programmable mode - Remove 2 screws under battery pack area, pull upper case part downwards towards charging contact end making sure when the two halves part you dont pull or break the ribbon cable going between them.
